Jay Terms and Conditions
The software application Jay ("Application") that was created by Nerius Vaškevičius ("Developer", "Us", "We") is offered on the basis of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Application the User ("You") agree with these Terms and Conditions.
The Application allows Users to to view and interact with their Twitter Timeline on the Apple Watch. Upon signing in to their Twitter account using the iPhone Jay app the User can view their Twitter Timeline, like, retweet, post new tweets, etc. on the Jay app on their Apple Watch.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Application and all content on the Application, including, without limitation, the logo, and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, reviews, information, data, software, sound files, other files and the selection and arrangement thereof are the property of the Developer or its licensors and are protected by international copyright laws.
Warranties
The Applicatin is provided "AS IS", We do not warrant that the Application will be available all the time or that the software will be free from errors, or that the data transmitted via internet, telecomunication networks or other systems is not tracked, recorded or modified by third parties.
The Application is a Twitter client and as such it depends on the Services provided by Twitter. Some functionality is limited or unavailable, or might become limited or unavailable due to Twitter modifying which services and how they provide for Third-party developers.
The Developer might add, change or remove any functionality of the Application at any time.
Limitation of Liability
The Developer nor any of its business affiliates shall be liable for damages resulting from the use of the Application.
User Obligations
The User or anyone on User's behalf are strictly prohibited to:
- Use the Application for any illegal, unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Application.
- Copy, modify, adapt, make available or reverse engineer any portion of the Application.
